2018 has already been an exciting year, with four major international games. SIRC sat down individually with four Chefs de Mission, including Team Canada 2018 Commonwealth Games Chef - Claire Carve-Dias, to talk about all things leadership.

My International Experience..

Well just like that I am around the half way mark of my international experience and time continues to fly by. It’s hard to believe that I will be home in less than two months! So far, this experience has taught me so much about the sport industry and has provided me  with many opportunities to apply what I have learned at Brock University to my work here at the Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) office.

The Canadian won gold in the women’s 3m springboard on Saturday night, and Vincent Riendeau added a bronze in the men’s 10m platform, to punctuate the diving competition at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
