Leader Bio: Meg has loved the water ever since she and her parents can remember. Acting on a whim, Meg’s parents signed her up for competitive swimming at the age of eight.
Leader Bio: Philip is very involved in Canadian sports and various charities. He has designed and facilitated numerous workshops for volunteer associations including N. S. Cancer Society and N. S. Diabetes Association. He was the recipient of the 'Professional Achievement Award' at the 2005 Recreation Nova Scotia Conference and also received the Honorary Life Membership Award at the 2011 Recreation Nova Scotia Conference.

Leader Bio: Andrew was formerly VP Marketing for Molson Canadian. While there, he led the 'I AM Canadian' campaign which is regarded as one of the most influential campaigns in Canadian history. He has extensive expertise in the areas of marketing, sponsorship, and advertising. He has won several awards for his work including: Global Employee of the Year 2007, Marketer of the Year (Strategy Magazine 2008), Top 10 Marketer of the Year (Marketing Magazine 2012). Andrew is currently the VP Marketing for Samsung Electronics.
Leader Bio: Graham Barton is currently a high performance advisor at Own The Podium. He has almost three decades of experience working at various levels within the Canadian sport system including 11 years as High-Performance Director at Canoe Kayak Canada. While at Canoe Kayak, Graham led Canada's national teams to almost 30 Olympic and World Championship Medals.
Judy Kent started with CGC in 1987, and was Canada's first Chef de Mission at the 1994 Commonwealth Games. She was the President of Commonwealth Games Canada from 1994-1998. She was named Canadian Volunteer Sports Leader of the year in 1995; and in 2004 was included in a list of Canada's 20 Most Influential Women in Canadian Sport. Judy now owns Kent Consulting, a company specializing in organizational effectiveness, change management, and facilitation.
Leader Bio: In 2003 Patrick was appointed to the 20 person Board tasked with overseeing the organization and delivery of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. He has also been a governing board member for the International Paralympic Committee since 2005. He also is the president and owner of Amarok Training Services, a company which delivers a variety of programs including competence based transfer-of-knowledge initiatives.

Bobby is currently the manager of the Grassroots Soccer Development program at the Ontario Soccer Association. He has dedicated his career to helping young athletes reach their full potential through proper athletic development. He relies heavily on his mastery of the Long Term Player Development (LTPD) model while working with young athletes.
Leader Bio: Originally from Leicester, England, Matthew spent many years coaching and developing soccer in the UK. In 2007 he moved to Toronto, Canada to take a job with the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) where he began as a special projects coordinator. Matthew is now the Manager of Club Development for the OSA.
