BARCELONA, August, 03, 2013 - Hilary Caldwell of White Rock, B.C., won a bronze medal in women’s 200-metre backstroke Saturday at FINA World Championships in Barcelona.
BARCELONA July, 31, 2013 – Ryan Cochrane won Canada’s first medal in the pool Wednesday at the FINA World Championships, taking bronze in the 800-m freestyle.
BARCELONA- There seems to be no end to the depth of talent in Canadian diving. The latest star to emerge is 20-year-old Pamela Ware of Beloeil, Que., who won the bronze medal Saturday on women’s three-metre springboard at the FINA World Championships. It was her second medal of the competition.
Today marks the one-year countdown to the opening ceremony of the XXth Commonwealth Games, which will be held in Scotland’s largest city, Glasgow.
