Zupancic wins gold, Valois-Fortier finishes 3rd

Montréal, February 17, 2013 – Ontarian Kelita Zupancic took home top honours in the under 70 kg category, Sunday, at the Oberwart Continental Open, in Austria. Meanwhile, in Hungary, Antoine Valois-Fortier also made his way onto the podium, winning the bronze medal in the under 81 kg class, in Budapest.

ORLANDO February, 14, 2013 – Canadian Olympic team members Samantha Cheverton of Pointe-Claire, Que., and Audrey Lacroix of Pont-Rouge, Que., won a silver and bronze medal respectively on Thursday to open the second stop on the U.S., Grand Prix swimming circuit.

GATINEAU, QC (February 5, 2013) - The veteran core of Canada’s national badminton team dominated the podium at the 2013 Yonex Canadian Badminton Championships including 3-straight national title wins for 2012 Olympians Michelle Li’s (Markham, ON) in Women’s Singles and the team of Toby Ng (Vancouver, BC) and Grace Gao (Calgary, AB) in Mixed Doubles. Derrick NG (Vancouver, BC) and Adrian LIU (Prince Rupert, BC) also captured their third consecutive Men’s Doubles title.
