KAZAN, Russia- Jennifer Abel of Laval, Que., won two silver medals on Saturday at the third stop on the FINA World Series diving circuit. She ends her week’s work with three medals.

"I struggled a bit in the preliminaries but I didn’t let that bother me, said Abel, with her secondn podium finish this season in the event on the circuit. "I was diving at my maximum in the final but unfortunately I went over on my last which pushed me back a bit farther from first place."
In the season standings after three of six meets, Abel has moved into second spot with 42 points behind Shi at 54.
Pamela Ware of Beloeil, Que., was fourth in the same semifinal as Abel for seventh overall. The top-three from each of the two semis in the morning advanced. Abel and Ware were second on three-metre synchro on Friday.
Abel's second silver on Saturday was on mixed three-metre synchro with François Imbeau-Dulac. They earned 324.33 just behind Wang and Hao Yang at 333.60. It’s been the same 1-2 finish at all three series events.

On men's three-metre, Imbeau-Dulac was fifth in his semifinal heat for eighth overall.
The FINA World Series is now in its 12th year and features the top-eight ranked dives in the world for each event.
