Our goal coming in was to get a medal. And we had a really fun time in the ready room, just bonding, being a team, singing the national anthem when Ryan [Cochrane] was getting his medal, so that was pretty cool to be there together.

Our goal was to come out with a medal and we did that. It was just a great way to end off an amazing meet for Canada.

It’s awesome to stand on the podium with these girls.

How are you going to celebrate?

We’re actually getting on a plane in four or five hours. We’re leaving the Village tomorrow morning. Celebrating plans? Maybe some ice cream at the Village tonight. That’s about it!
